Accessibility Statement

9.1 Our commitment

Biz Matrix is committed to making the Platform usable by everyone, including persons with disabilities, consistent with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

9.2 Measures

• Keyboard accessibility. The 12-step assessment, navigation, payment modal and report tabs can be operated using a keyboard, with visible focus indicators and logical tab order.
• Colour contrast. Text and interface elements target a minimum contrast of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and UI components.
• Screen-reader support. Semantic HTML, headings, landmarks, labelled form fields, and ARIA attributes where needed, including progress indication (“Question X of 12”) and result announcements.
• Responsive design. Content adapts to different screens and zoom up to 200% without loss of function.
• Clear language. Plain language with explanations for legal terms.
• Non-text content (icons, charts) has text alternatives where meaningful.

9.3 Known limitations

The downloadable PDF and some dynamically generated tables may not be fully accessible to all assistive technologies. We are working to improve these.
