It is not a law firm, and not a firm of Chartered Accountants or Company Secretaries, and is not authorised to practise law or render professional services under the Advocates Act, 1961, the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 or the Company Secretaries Act, 1980.

5.2 Not a substitute for professional advice

Nothing on the Platform or in any Report constitutes legal, tax, accounting, audit, secretarial, investment or financial advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified Advocate, Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS). Consult a licensed professional before selecting an entity, incorporating, registering, filing returns or taking any action.

5.3 No professional relationship

Use of the Platform, payment for a Report or communication with Biz Matrix support does not create an attorney-client, CA-client, CS-client or any other professional-client or fiduciary relationship. No confidentiality or privilege attaches beyond our Privacy Policy.

5.4 Accuracy and currency

Recommendations are generated from the answers you enter and from rules as understood for FY 2026–27. Statutes, rules, thresholds, fees, forms and government notifications change. State-specific requirements and sector-specific licences must be independently verified on official sources (for example MCA, GST Portal, Income Tax Department, Udyam and the relevant state departments).

5.5 Your responsibility

You alone are responsible for your choice of business structure, registrations, filings and compliance. Biz Matrix is not responsible for penalties, disqualifications, lost opportunities or losses resulting from reliance on the Platform. See Limitation of Liability in the Terms.

Any reference to laws, forms, agencies or third-party services is for information only and is not an endorsement.
